Our developmental music classes (ages 6 months to 5 years) give parents and caregivers the tools they need to help their infants, toddlers, and preschoolers explore a variety of environments and experiences through music. We approach music as a medium for play and exploration. Led by Ms. Cheryl a Board Certified music therapist and PA certified music educator, our music activities stimulate the senses and involve the children at many levels providing lots of opportunity to enhance language, social, and cognitive development. Fridays at 9:15 are for ages 2 - 5 and introduce music games, following directions, and cooperative play to encourage meeting developmental milestones at this age. We provide all the drums, shakers, props, books, and more needed to enhance the children's' experience.

Throughout the year we offer opportunities for children to make music with their "grand-friends" at local long term care homes. The classes are structured much like our music classes but with opportunities built in for the children and older adults to interact.
Preschoolers and Older Adults can expect:

· Instrument playing
· Social Interaction
· Emotional Support
· Stories
The goal of the classes is to meet the holistic needs of the children and the older adults through fun and engaging programming.
